What’s in Bundle No. 1?

Bundle No. 1 contains one tin of No. 01 Hidden Hikari (40 g, about 13 servings) and the Dark Chasen, a bamboo matcha whisk. The set is made for every day and for matcha lattes.

What do you need to make matcha?

You need matcha, a bamboo whisk (chasen), a bowl and warm water at about 75 °C. A fine sieve helps against lumps. Matcha and whisk are already included in our sets.

Which matcha set is right for me?

Bundle No. 1 contains No. 01 Hidden Hikari, mild and balanced, great for every day and for matcha lattes. Bundle No. 2 contains No. 02 Rare Jade, our premium matcha with lots of umami, ideal pure with water. Both sets include the Dark Chasen, a bamboo whisk with our logo.

How do I prepare matcha with the set?

Sift 3 g of matcha into a bowl, stir with 10 ml of water (75 °C) into a paste, add another 15 ml of water and whisk with the chasen in W-shaped movements. Then enjoy it pure or with milk as a matcha latte.
