Who we are
celina's Matcha & Coffee Club is a café at Kolingasse 3 in Vienna’s 9th district. We whisk every matcha fresh by hand and also serve specialty coffee. Our online shop offers the same matcha for your home, plus sets and accessories.
Our matcha
Our matcha is 100 % ground green tea from Japan, with no sugar and no additives. There are two varieties in a 40 g tin: No. 01 Hidden Hikari is mild and balanced, for every day. No. 02 Rare Jade is rich in umami, bright green and full-bodied. One serving is 3 g, one tin makes about 13 bowls.
How to prepare it
Sift 3 g of matcha into a bowl, stir with 10 ml of water (75 °C) into a paste, add another 15 ml of water and whisk with the bamboo whisk (chasen) in W-shaped movements. Then enjoy it pure, with milk as a latte or over ice as iced matcha.
Sets and accessories
The Dark Chasen is a bamboo whisk with an engraved celina's logo. Bundles No. 1 and No. 2 each combine one matcha variety with the whisk, as a starter set or a gift.
Shipping and pick-up
